I've been wondering why I can't find this game at VNDB... but it looks like a doujin game

Synopsis

One day, Mamoru quickly go to his grandma's house after waked up by ~~loli~~ :malu:

his imoutos (there's two of 'em)... but his mother, who rather clumsy accidentaly use wrong gear... the car's is moved back and hit Mamoru (sad... yet will be a good things later :XD:

)
Mamoru is hospitalized at the hospital which he's mother and two imoutos work... at the hospital room, Tsubaki and Hiragi pay a visit and both nurse him (damn :ngambek:

the cheerful Tsubaki who like to tease Mamoru are scolded by Hiragi, hell right... she still does it even all of that... When night comes, Mamoru awake becoz there's something top of his body... surprise!! :blink:

there's Hiragi who already locked his body... then she confess to him... Hiragi want to relieve his pain... and she know that Mamoru didn't look at them as a girl but only as family... becoz of that, she attack Mamoru and want to change his point of view... so that they will be loved as a girl not as Imouto... (but that's fine too)
and then... this Lucky bastard slowly change and he ... arrrr... too much spoiler... play it by yourself...
