A car (from the Greek auto, for itself, and Latin mobilis, mobility) (reference is to an object responsible for its own locomotion) is a motor vehicle with four wheels, usually designed to transport passengers or goods, being a the most popular means of transport in the world.

The today car has typically an internal combustion engine, two-or four-stroke, gasoline powered, diesel or alcohol.
